What drives the work.
Nigeria has one of the youngest populations in the world and one of the largest technical-talent gaps. Private bootcamps price most learners out. Public initiatives struggle at scale. We exist in the gap: scholarship-funded tuition, cohort-based pedagogy, employer-led capstones, and public outcome reporting.
Our programmes prioritise women, NYSC corps members, and under-24 learners from underserved states. Sponsor seats fund the assessment fees that pay instructors and certification costs, so learners are free to focus on learning.
